The following are a list of earth-shattering entrepreneurial ideas that I have come up with in the last day or so. Let this record show that I am the sole creator of these ideas unless otherwise noted. If anyone is interested in financing any of these, please contact me (no Wall-Street types please.) Here we go:

1) Airport Top Ramen Stands – As a health-conscious individual, I would never visit a Burger King otherwise, but at the airport paying nine bones for a #5 combo or 13 bucks for a mini-pizza is sometimes the best you can do. You’re already going to be eating unhealthily while traveling, so why not add some nostalgia to the mix? Everybody loves Top-Ramen. Most of us grew up eating it by the case and only stopped when we realized we had horrible parents.

All you need for this delicious meal are: boiling water and a package of three-cent ramen. By eliminating the need for stoves, grills, and preparation of any kind, bowls of ramen could be served out of a small kiosk – greatly reducing overhead. Even with the typically enormous mark-up standard in airports, there’s no reason you couldn’t get a hot bowl of Top Ramen for under 2 dollars. Clearly one of the more brilliant entrepreneurial ideas of this generation.

2) Hockey Pucks that are On Fire – Do you know why nobody watches hockey? For a lot of reasons. But mostly, its really hard to see the puck on television. You don’t have to be the commissioner of the NHL to see the obvious need for a puck that stands out more. I had suggested parking-cone orange, but my good friend Will helped me take this a step further – the puck should be on fire. It would be really easy to make a puck with an internal burner – the guys on MythBusters could do it in 20 minutes. The flaming puck would appeal to casual sports viewers like myself, and also retarded pro-wrestling/monster truck fans who just like seeing shit on fire. Also the goal and some of the players could be on fire.

3) Cargo Socks. Better than a fanny-pack.

4) Work-out Sustained Gyms. You know when you drive by a gym and see hoards of people on treadmills and it looks really futile and pointless? It is. All of this vainly wasted energy could have erected a huge Alien Welcoming Temple that would dwarf our current Wonders of the World combined, although organizing something like that would prove bureaucratic. At the very least, the energy being exerted on treadmills could be used to power the very gym which is being patronized. The harder you work out, the brighter the lights get. Its eco-friendly, and great motivation. Another of my brilliant entrepreneurial ideas.

5) A Barbeque that Fits in your Fireplace. Conserve energy, eat, and get laid with a romantic fire and brisket.

Those are all of the entrepreneurial ideas I have room for, look for Part II shortly.
